Let’s learn how to embroider!
It’s simple, it’s super relaxing and such fun!
Let me show you the basic stitches and embroidery techniques explained and applied in some cute fool-proof sewing projects that are inspired by tea parties, featuring tea bags, aprons, teapots, cups…
This is a full illustrated embroidery guide for beginners, with tutorials and step-by-step photos.
All projects are fully explained and detailed, with an introduction to materials, techniques, and tips. You’ll find graphics with all the stitches at the end of the book, featuring also some of my rag dolls and tea curiosities.
Making this book was one of my biggest projects, because I designed and stitched projects, templates, wrote instructions, took all the pictures, draw illustrations… I even designed the book and did the layout.
I made everything in it, except printing it out!
I’ll introduce you to easy sewings projects like bags and cases, pincushions, aprons… with cute and simple embroideries. I’ve added lots of photos of the needlework and the making process, showing you some tricks that will help you to learn to embroider easily.
Projects come along with a guide of stitches, materials, and directions on how to make them.
You’ll find graphics with all the stitches at the end of the book.
Patterns and templates are printed on a separate sheet of paper.
Projects are very easy, simple and fun to make for “absolute beginners”, as well as for advanced embroidery addicts!!
And… you won’t be alone because my dolls and I will be helping you during all the process of making.
The book is OUT of PRINT at the moment.
