♥ Process
I hand molded and sanded little pieces of clay to its seashell shape one by one.
Painted eyes and noses when dry. Then they were fired.
I covered them with a layer of crackled glossy and transparent glaze that was fixed with a second fire.
The last step of the process was mounting the ceramic pendant to a shiny golden chain.
It was carefully dreamed, designed, assembled, packaged… And I hopefully well-loved.
Each seashell is different and unique in a very delicate naïve and primitive style. Full of irregularities.
A naïve jewel in shape, and in concept too.

This lovely pendant comes with a card and a short introduction. It’s designed and illustrated by me, packaged in a sealed plastic sleeve and shipped with great care. Ready to give away as a gift or keep for yourself.

★ The glazes used are non-toxic. Smoke-free and pet-free household.
