♥ Process
This ceramic was created by me from start to finish from a bit of white clay. I used a circle-shaped cookie cutter to cut out clay and then I poked holes. Painted the smiling faces with engobe.  Once dry it was fired. I covered it with a layer of glossy transparent glaze, that was fixed with a second fire. The last step of the process was cutting and adding two tiny felt ears and a brass ring to the top hole.

As each one is hand made no two will ever be exactly the same. The photos in the listing serve as a guideline. Each little bear pendant is different and unique in a very delicate naïve and primitive style, and this makes them special! Full of irregularities and celebrating the variations that are inherent to handmade items and I do hope you feel the same way too.
